Since we first opened in Brighton nearly 50 years ago, we've welcomed thousands of guests with our homemade, comforting British classics and exciting seasonal creations, alongside an unrivalled choice of cocktails, wine and Champagne. We now occupy prime spots in historic and culturally rich towns and cities across the UK, often in beautiful landmark buildings, including Cambridge’s Old Addenbrooke’s Hospital and Covent Garden’s former Westminster County Court.

Browns is unique in its offering and unique in its history; entrepreneur Jeremy Mogford, the company’s founder, is often cited as an enlightened employer, training and fostering staff to deliver the first class service we are renowned for.
